Pack some tasty protein into your breakfast with these extremely delicious – and crunchy – burritos that feature Quest Chili Lime Protein Chips.

Yields: 4 servings |  Serving Size: 1/2 burrito

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 bag Quest Chili Lime Tortilla Chips, crushed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 2 low carb tortillas (we used LaTortilla Factory)
  • ⅓ cup cheddar cheese, grated
  • ½ small avocado, sliced


  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, crushed chips and salt and pepper until well combined.
  2. Prepare a non-stick pan with non-stick spray and turn on medium heat.
  3. Once hot, pour in the eggs and cook, stirring occasionally until soft and scrambled. Stir in the bacon.
  4. Place the tortillas on the counter in front of you and sprinkle the cheese between the tortillas.
  5. Top with eggs and avocado slices. Fold the tortilla tightly into a burrito. Serve with parsley and salsa if desired.
